Food Crawl '17 : Jin-Zai

Jin-Zai

Another food talk. :) as part of SM Center Angono's 3rd Annual Food Crawl we were also invited have a taste of Asian Cousine.

Before anything else, I just wanna share this to you. Takuyaki was taken from the word "Tako" Octopus and "Yaki" is derived from "Yaku" which is one of the cooking methods in Japanese cuisine, meaning "to fry or grill".

They started on March 15, 2016. Jin-Zai retso is kind of unusual place for it's Japan theme. Do you know? that the word " Jin-Zai " comes from the word "Jin" - "Man" and "Zai" - "Many talents". You could really experience the feeling how to be in Japan. What is noticeable in the place are the hospitable crews who are always ready to attend to your queries.

At first I was hesitant to have a taste of the food they are offering for the fear of allergy, ( I have allergens with seafoods, at iyon ang pinaka malungkot na parte ng buong buhay ko! ) But their version of Takuyaki, which is "Honey Bacon Overload " is super super good to the taste, and a must try ( ika nga nila ) and I wanna go back and have a taste of it again.

Two of their best sellers in Classic Takoyari are the Big Tako and the Nobashi Shrimp. Aside from that they also offered us the Bakudanyaki Chessy Honeybacon, Butter & Garlic Nobashi, Miso Kani & Corn, Honey Bacon Overload, all of which tasted good.

The place is very instagramabble if you want a food/travel feels of feed. The food that they offered is not that expensive, because it is worth the taste. Aside of Takuyaki, they also offer some Milkteas and Fruiteas.
